The placing of an order with Cleo Jewellery Limited is an offer to us from you to purchase a product or products which is only accepted by Cleo Jewellery Limited at the point of payment. Point of payment is defined as the authorisation of our Card Company, Protx, of payment by Credit or Debit Card. By ordering goods from us you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Cleo Jewellery Limited on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Cleo Jewellery Limited will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitute a legal representation on behalf of either of them.

Quality:
Every item of jewellery in the Cleo Jewellery collection has been selected from designers whose products we are satisfied are of a very high quality
Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our web site, some of our products include natural materials and by their organic nature each piece is totally unique. Therefore, the colour, finish and shape may vary from one piece to another. Natural colourings may also on rare occasions transfer to some fabrics.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with the quality of our services or products, please contact us immediately at info@cleojewellery.co.uk and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a product exchange

Pricing:
All prices are displayed and payment must be made in GBP. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

We currently do not offer sales in other currencies

Purchasing:
On line transactions.
When you make a purchase from Cleo Jewellery Limited:
You will receive an emailed confirmation from Protx as soon as your payment has been successfully processed
You will receive an emailed notification of despatch usually within 1 or 2 working days of your order being placed.

Delivery:
Orders received will be despatched within 48 hours.
All orders received at a weekend or bank holiday will be despatched next working day.

Charges:
Special delivery will be used to ensure prompt and safe delivery of your goods. This will be added automatically to your order at a charge of GBP4.50. This service will require a signature upon receipt.

We do not currently ship overseas

Returns:
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. In the unlikely event of an item being unsuitable due its quality or a defect only, please email Cleo Jewellery immediately at enquries@cleojewellery.co.uk. You will be contacted within 2 days to arrange return of the item. We will be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the item is returned in its original packing and with the order number which can be found on your receipt. *ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT VIA SPECIAL DELIVERY* Please remember to include your name and address.

Should an item arrive damaged in any way please contact Cleo immediately to arrange return/refund/exchange.

Goods in transit
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain suitable proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Cleo Jewellery ltds decision regarding refunds and exchanges is final. This does not affect your statutory rights.
